Phakamisa Beaders
PHAKAMISA has developed a popular range of beadwork – jewellery and accessories – available in a variety of colours and finishes. Alongside this PHAKAMISA designs and makes (off the peg and bespoke) traditional Zulu items.
Nelly our beadwork trainer develops our range which is all made by Caregivers, who are supporting orphaned and vulnerable children. It provides them with a small income. Each item is handmade and unique and a great deal of time and skill is involved in its making.
